ASAP Business Resolutions Inc. uses the information submitted through our careers application form only to consider applicants for employment and communicate about the hiring process. We do not use application information for marketing.

Information you provide

Our application form collects your first and last name, email address, phone number, and the résumé or background information you choose to provide. Please do not include Social Security numbers, financial account details, or other sensitive information that is not needed for an initial application.

How your application is handled

Applications are saved in our website’s submission system and delivered to our careers email inbox. We use website hosting, form-processing, and email services to operate this process. Members of our team involved in hiring use the information to review your application and contact you about next steps.

Retention

Our policy is to delete application information after we make our final hiring decision, whether we move forward with or decline an application. This is a staff-managed process; submitting an application does not trigger automatic deletion. Website submission records and related hiring emails must both be included in that process.
