Matthew Allen Salls-Fragale| President
Matthew Fragale, also known as Furg, is the president of ASAP Business Resolutions Inc. and founded the company in 2022 alongside his team of fellow entrepreneurs. To Furg, success is defined by how many people he’s positively impacted on his own personal journey to success.
His success is measured by what people say when he isn’t in the room and he strives to instill his team with the knowledge that no one should compare their chapter one to someone else’s chapter twenty.
ASAP is an abbreviation for Always Strive And Prosper, a saying Furg lives by in his day to day life. He enjoys being able to work everyday with a motivated group of individuals who are constantly pursuing their dreams and accomplishing goals that are bigger than themselves. When he’s not hustling, Furg can be found at the gym, living up to his nickname (Furgy) at karaoke night, and finding the latest and greatest entertainment in the area.
Rachel Schweiger| Managing Partner
Rachel is proud to be Colombian by blood and a South Florida native at the same time. She graduated from Florida Atlantic University with a Bachelors in Biology. Outside of the office, you can find her scuba diving, hiking, and enjoying the sights of nature.
She’s an avid music fan, with some of her most recent favorite concerts being AC/DC, Luke Bryan, and Drake. In office, she’s known as Miss Frizzle, nicknamed after the teacher from the Magic School Bus.
As a newcomer to the Chicago area, we’re thrilled as a team to show her the ropes around the city we love, full of like-minded individuals with big visions.
Oliver King| Senior Account Manager
Oliver King is driven by integrity, leadership, and competition and he brings to our team his ability to build strong relationships, his intense sales-driven mindset, and his critical thought process that helps drive ASAP Business Resolutions Inc. forward.
The saying, “The only easy day was yesterday,” perfectly sums up this go-getter and his desire to reach beyond any limitations he’s presented with. He believes that success is maximizing one’s potential as a human being and that its measured in little steps that are taken every day towards one’s goals.
His favorite part of working with our team is the culture we surround ourselves with. We foster an energetic environment that promotes growth and self-improvement, something Oliver values greatly. When he’s not in the field, he can be found practicing Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, working out, listening to his favorite podcast (Real AF with Andy Frisella), or reading his favorite book (Energy Leadership by Bruce D. Schneider).
Valeria Archila| Senior Account Manager
Val was born in Venezuela and raised in Florida, where she graduated from the University of Florida with a bachelor’s after spending much of her life playing soccer. These experiences taught her the importance of chemistry within a team, carrying your weight, being competitive, and always helping others.
She’s passionate about improving as a coach every day and helping those around her to reach new levels while simultaneously creating memories with her loved ones.
When on her own in Chicago, she lives with Bad Bunny in her ears and this quote by Jim Rohn in her heart, “If you work hard on your job, you’ll make a living. But, if you work hard on yourself, you’ll make a fortune.”
Edie Mendoza | Senior Account Manager
Edie graduated from FSU and was inspired by his education to pursue a career in sales. He believes this natural calling towards business development was engrained into him through his many loves which require patience and tenacity.
Some of those loves include working out, strolls on the beach, meditating, and eating at as many restaurants as humanly possible. He seeks to always work alongside long term-thinking individuals who dream big, follow the Mamba Mentality, and listen to Drake.

Our team originated in South Florida and have brought their high volume energy and feel good vibe to Chicago!
We are a battleship designed to look like a cruise ship. We enjoy having a good time, but when it’s time to get to work, we get to WORK! We are taking the Chicago area by storm with our high standards in sales and our strong desire to provide the best services in the region.
