Matthew Allen Salls-Fragale| President
Matthew Fragale, also known as Furg, is the president of ASAP Business Resolutions Inc. and founded the company in 2022 alongside his team of fellow entrepreneurs. To Furg, success is defined by how many people he’s positively impacted on his own personal journey to success.
His success is measured by what people say when he isn’t in the room and he strives to instill his team with the knowledge that no one should compare their chapter one to someone else’s chapter twenty.
ASAP is an abbreviation for Always Strive And Prosper, a saying Furg lives by in his day to day life. He enjoys being able to work everyday with a motivated group of individuals who are constantly pursuing their dreams and accomplishing goals that are bigger than themselves. When he’s not hustling, Furg can be found at the gym, living up to his nickname (Furgy) at karaoke night, and finding the latest and greatest entertainment in the area.
Oliver King | Senior Account Manager
Oliver King is driven by integrity, leadership, and competition and he brings to our team his ability to build strong relationships, his intense sales-driven mindset, and his critical thought process that helps drive ASAP Business Resolutions Inc. forward.
The saying, “The only easy day was yesterday,” perfectly sums up this go-getter and his desire to reach beyond any limitations he’s presented with. He believes that success is maximizing one’s potential as a human being and that its measured in little steps that are taken every day towards one’s goals.
His favorite part of working with our team is the culture we surround ourselves with. We foster an energetic environment that promotes growth and self-improvement, something Oliver values greatly. When he’s not in the field, he can be found practicing Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, working out, listening to his favorite podcast (Real AF with Andy Frisella), or reading his favorite book (Energy Leadership by Bruce D. Schneider).
Jose Vasquez | Senior Account Manager
Jose Vasquez began his journey with ASAP Business Resolutions in Florida and made the leap to the Chicago market with his fellow entrepreneurs in 2022. He brings skills that include sales, communication, and problem solving to the table and imbeds his values of loyalty, duty, respect, selfless service, honor, integrity, and courage into his work everyday.
He believes in doing the job right the first time in order to only do it once and that an overall foundation of constant self-development is the backbone of his success. For Jose, he defines that success as a journey with no end; it’s unmeasurable since it’s a life-long process. His favorite quote is by Stuart Scott, “Don’t downgrade your dream just to fit your reality. Upgrade your conviction to match your destiny.”
When he’s not hustling, he can be found reading books like Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill, developing his sense of camaraderie with the rest of the team, and working hard to grow into the best version of himself everyday.
Maurice G. Washington | Senior Leader
Maurice is ASAP Business Resolution’s Senior Leader who brings his ability to adapt to the constantly shifting sales field, communication skills, and personable attitude to our company. Becoming a better role model for those who look up to him and making his family proud are what drives him beyond his limits.
He believes that taking the “L” is not a loss, it’s a lesson and that the merits you obtain on the road to reaching your goals is where success truly lies. Maurice is in a constant battle to be better than he was last week and is participating in a never-ending race to beat complacency; to strive for greatness.
When he’s not out in the field, he’s playing his favorite sports, eating fantastic food, listening to new music, or listening to his favorite podcast, I Am Athlete.
